If you are interested in coming to any of the classes, you can use the contact form on our website, call us, or send an email stating your name, which class and time slot you want to attend, how many people attending, and a phone number in case we need to reach you.
Emails will be sent out approximately one week prior to each class if you are on our emailing list. You can just respond to that as well.
